This cake was for my niece, Shevonne's, sixth birthday in March, 2002.

To make the dress, I used a Wilton doll cake pan, plus an 8-inch round pan, and a 9-inch round pan. Stacked on top of each other (with icing in between), it was tall enough that I didn't have to remove the legs from the real Barbie I used.
